Housekeeping, Flavour of "Shades of Night"
hasty updates and "Shades of Night" look-book/art inspiration
Hasty Housekeeping
If you scroll down, you can skip to some concept art for my favourite and most complete project: Shades of Night.
Hello all! As promised, I have reached a decision about sharing my anthology. If you happened to read Monday’s post, you’ll have seen the little message stating that Stoney Hollow will be postponed. I want to prepare the next instalments in advance so that:
I don’t feel stressed to make deadlines,
I enjoy the writing process,
and the quality remains.
Don’t worry, I plan to pick up again in two to three weeks.
I will upload, in the meantime, completed short stories that will include those that begin world-building for Shades of Night. Also, it seems that the Eldritch Tales did very well (Part I and Part II). What a pleasant surprise! That might return consistently on Fridays.
If there’s something you really want to read, let me know! I always want to hear what you have to say :)
Shades of Night Look-book
A tentative peek inside of my virtual scrapbook for this story.
Shades of Night is an upcoming dark fantasy for adult readers1. After an apocalyptic crisis ended modern civilisation, our world and its people have been plunged into a new medieval era full of monstrous creatures that once only existed in stories. We are closer to the end of the world than the beginning and everything has changed. The rules of physics have weakened and bent; magic rules here. Welcome to the world of Shades of Night.
Beautiful imagery, though some are chilling!
