Cheers to you, friend. I'm just a selfish fan who likes your writing. My encouragement was entirely self serving in that way, I promise. Glad to have a schedule from you, whatever it may be, and VERY EXCITED for the stories on the docket. Good luck an God bless 🙏

Nope, I'm not going to allow you to get away with the just a selfish fan thing. I'm heaping praise your way for helping keep Maya around because dammit, Fictionstack just wouldn't be as bright without her here. Good looking out, Scoot.

Unfortunately, sometimes good work takes longer than you expect it to. No worries.

I love this. I love this for so so many reasons. Namely, that while we all get inspiration, have inspiration, are inspiration in all that we do and say and write, we are also human. We all have projects and dreams and ambitions and sometimes we stumble, sometimes we pause, but because we love it, because it calls to us, we always return. That which cannot be denied will follow us and urge us to continue. To finish. But only in our own good time and space. You took your time. You took your space. And that is okay. It gives us who are here watching and listening and learning the courage to do the same. I'm glad to see you are back and that you have a plan. I too am planning and scheming and hoping that this time won't be like before and I'll be able to "do it all." Why, oh why, do we always push ourselves to "do it all"?!
