I adore how the situation continues to devolve all around Sari and Jack. The way you present the breakneck and sudden manner in which the subconscious shifts its focus has always lent itself well to the feeling of surrealist nightmares, and that's only becoming stronger as more and more of those effects slowly bleed into the waking world, as we see through Sari's perspective. I'm also feeling both excitement and dread to discover what exactly happened to Benji. It's pretty clear that particular climax in Jack's story is coming soon, and I've been wondering for quite a while just what happened that he's been blaming himself for.
This is such a TRIP. Not your standard morning-coffee fare, but no complaints. Loving where this is going--I can't fathom how you'll wrap this up. Looking forward to Friday! And a fun collab with Jon, too--i'll have to check out Ricki's series!
